About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Bear Family McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the management team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
  • Ensure a memorable visit for our guests by maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee-accessible areas.
  • Provide the supply by unloading incoming deliveries two times a week and helping to replenish necessary stock.
  • Be in the know by conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems.
  • Lead the experience by ensuring the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
