Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
