Key Responsibilities- Report to work on time and be prepared to start your shift as scheduled.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and practices.
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
- Assist with trash removal and recycling, ensuring that all areas are kept clean and free of debris.
- Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Minimum 6 months of general labor or restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and other team members.
- Ability to understand communication in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
The Steward will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, exposed to heat, noise, and physical demands. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
