Position OverviewAs a crucial member of our healthcare team, the ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. This role requires a compassionate approach and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- Prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
