Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a 2nd Shift Production Associate/Assembler, responsible for building and assembling various truck body components. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in manufacturing, we want to hear from you

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $39,200 to $46,796, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can earn up to $2 per hour extra for working the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret orders, specifications, blueprints, instructions, and labels, including hazardous warnings and cautions.
  • Cut wood or metals to specific sizes using saws, sheers, and cutters.
  • Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners.
  • Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools.
  • Perform setup of machines and preventative maintenance as required.
  • Examine finished projects for quality and defects.
  • Perform safety and quality checks.
  • Work and adhere to all safety policies.
Requirements
  • You must have at least 6 years of previous experience in manufacturing.
  • You must be 18 years old.
  • You should possess basic math skills, tape measurement abilities, and computer literacy.
  • You should be familiar with hand and power tools.
  • You should be able to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Prior experience working on truck bodies is preferred but not required.
  • Construction experience is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required.
