As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role at our manufacturing site, leading mechanical and electrical engineering support for plant operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Maintenance Procedure Use Policy by conducting technical reviews and serving as a resource during procedure development.
  • Lead maintenance resources for critical equipment setups.
  • Act as the technical authority for resolving equipment and repair technique issues affecting facility availability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during root cause investigations of equipment failures.
  • Provide maintenance input for project activities and represent maintenance in capital projects.
  • Develop turnaround scopes and assist in turnaround operations.
  • Collaborate with experts to create work scopes and implement solutions.
  • Contribute to the Reliability Top Opportunity List.
  • Engage in regular field assessments of equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field required.

Capabilities Required for this Role (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Proficient in creating and reviewing technical procedures.
  • Familiarity with SAP for Bill of Materials improvement.
  • Understanding of risk assessment principles.
  • Alignment with maintenance goals regarding cost and asset utilization.
  • Knowledge of Global Maintenance Work Process (GMWP) and reliability networks.
  • Ability to define scopes of work and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Experience with maintenance information systems and economic evaluation tools.
  • Familiarity with Reliability Engineering Principles.
  • Preferred experience in hydraulic and metering pump system troubleshooting.
