Retail Cashier Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and understand the operational aspects of the store, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Prepare necessary documentation and reports to facilitate smooth operations.
• Uphold the company's image standards in all interactions.
• Foster professional relationships with colleagues, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the organization to maintain a proper flow of information.
• Adhere to company and legal regulations regarding age-restricted sales.
• Monitor and report any issues related to fuel and underground storage tanks in accordance with training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
• Coordinate with corporate to update signage and fuel prices as needed.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold high standards of customer service.
• Welcome and acknowledge all customers, utilizing an intercom system when appropriate.
• Stay vigilant regarding gasoline-related activities.
• Conduct routine sales of alcohol, tobacco, and lottery tickets, ensuring compliance with ID checks and sales laws.
• Manage additional sales equipment, including lottery machines, phone cards, and car wash systems.
