Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric examinations and assessments of patients in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.
  • Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, as well as order laboratory tests and monitor medication treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
  • Evaluate and manage urgent psychiatric patients in a timely and competent manner.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience working in a crisis care setting, preferably in an adult population.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 am - 10:00 pm.
