Training Program Highlights

Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Documenting client structures through photographs.
  • Creating layout diagrams of these structures.
  • Developing cost guides.
  • Assessing the condition of structures, including roofs, plumbing, electrical systems, safety culture, and grounds.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, producers, account managers, support staff, and insurance underwriters.
  • Understanding the functions of various positions within the agency.
  • Assisting in claims handling.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
  • A genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to build relationships from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to initiate contact and secure appointments.
