ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Child Care Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the children of our mini members and guests during their time at VASA Fitness. Attendants are tasked with maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized childcare environment. Adherence to internal policies and procedures is essential for the effective and secure operation of our KidCare facilities.

KEY DUTIES

  • Maintaining KidCare Standards: Ensure that all guests, members, and mini members feel welcomed by greeting them warmly and bidding them farewell upon departure. The CCA will interact positively with all mini members and members, adhere to company policies, and facilitate engaging and enjoyable activities for the children.
  • Ensuring Safety of Mini Members: Follow established check-in and check-out procedures to guarantee the safety of our mini members. Maintain cleanliness and safety within the KidCare area to protect the children entrusted to our care. Engage with each mini member and supervise all children during their visit.
