Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Betsy Ross Nursing & Rehab Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide daily support to the unit leadership and respond promptly to resident and family needs within the LPN scope of practice.
* Use the nursing process, judgment, and skills to set priorities and deliver quality direct resident care.
* Perform and administer standard nursing treatments and medications, observing residents for desired or unwanted effects.
* Communicate and collaborate with the care team to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings.
* Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
* Prepare, organize, oversee, monitor, and evaluate the delivery of care for resident CNA assignments and activities.

**Requirements**

* Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
* Current license in good standing in New York as an Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN.
* Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.
* Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and optimal resident health.
* Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, and sometimes challenging residents.
* Have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
* Work well under pressure and willing to work harmoniously with all staff.
