Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Noir, a world-class cocktail bar located in the Lobby Level of Charles Hotel. As a Cocktail Server, you will have the opportunity to showcase your personality, exercise creativity, and build knowledge on various aspects of cocktail culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest cocktail trends and techniques.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • One year of bar or similar experience preferred.
  • Ability to use order and payment systems.
  • Full mobility, continuous quick-paced movement, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work weeknights and weekends.
