About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beauty Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Task Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for all Ulta Beauty guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
  • Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
  • High school diploma is preferred.

Benefits:

  • Paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits for full-time positions.

Estimated Salary Range:$16.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business needs.
