Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team at Arbon Equipment - A Rite-Hite Company. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, servicing, and repairing equipment in the field under the direction of a senior Installation Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical skills and knowledge of supported product lines
  • Timely and proper completion of assigned tasks
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations
  • Compliance with all company policies and safety guidelines
  • Assist in the installation, inspection, service, and repair of equipment in the field
  • Complete all required training classes and modules
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork associated with field service, repair, and installation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Prior mechanical, electrical, or welding experience helpful but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Passing DOT medical exam
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, and schematics
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
