Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring member satisfaction and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and being flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
- Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Safety Certification: Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is a plus.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
