This is a full-time opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team providing high-quality care to patients in the Morris County area. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and work in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and compassion.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient care needs and develop effective treatment plans to improve functional status and overall well-being.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, focusing on mobility, endurance, pain management, and other medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communicate patient progress and concerns to physicians and caregivers.
  • Instruct patients and family members on proper techniques and exercises to promote recovery and prevent further injury.

Requirements

  • DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Certification as a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) in New Jersey.
  • Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
