Toddler Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team at Ellie's Academy in Edison, NJ.

• Provide high-quality care and supervision to Toddlers aged 2 to 2-1/2 years, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support Toddlers' early development, including daily routines and playtime.
• Conduct regular assessments to track Toddlers' progress and communicate developmental milestones and concerns to parents and guardians.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Previous experience working with infants and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide emotional support to Toddlers and their families.
• Ability to lift and carry Toddlers, stand for extended periods, and engage in physical activities.

• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• CDA or certification.
