Landscape Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman to join our team at Elite Lawn and Landscape LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and beautification of our commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of our landscaping team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal lawn health and appearance
• Collaborate with our team to identify and address any issues or concerns related to irrigation systems, landscaping materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant safety regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
