Responsibilities:


The Project Management Lead is responsible for steering successful project implementation, promoting continuous learning, and ensuring the delivery of effective training programs within the health plan organization.

Key responsibilities include project oversight, development of training initiatives, change management, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and training.

At least 2 years of experience in a health plan or managed care environment, with knowledge of operations and regulations preferred.


Possession of one or more of the following certifications is advantageous: Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, IT Information Library Foundations certification (ITIL), and/or Six Sigma certification.

Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is essential.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects is required.

Proven ability to design and execute project plans while facilitating user adoption of these plans.

Exceptional project management skills, demonstrated by a history of successfully completing projects.

A strong capability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements.

Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple requests, and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Creative and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is necessary.

Strong understanding of HIPAA and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with change management frameworks is beneficial.
