Job Details

As an Intake Specialist at CarepathRx, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing for our clients. Your expertise in insurance guidelines and benefits processing will be essential in meeting our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients and patients
  • Process insurance benefits and verify coverage
  • Determine necessary documents for proper processing and request additional information as needed
  • Collect payments from patients and create case management contracts
  • Request and submit insurance authorizations
  • Log initial DWO/CMN and authorizations
  • Verify contact information with patients for delivery
  • Maintain communication with hospitals and facilities regarding order process
  • Mentor new hires and perform other duties assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements
  • Meet and exceed Intake 1 duties
  • Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and knowledge of job duties
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a minimum of six months intake experience in DME industry or meet weekly KPI expectations
