Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Drywall Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial drywall projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, managing a workforce, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute drywall projects to meet customer expectations and company standards.
- Workforce Management: Supervise and manage a team of drywall installers, ensuring they have the necessary tools, materials, and training to complete projects efficiently.
- Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, general contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate reports, including job progress, material usage, and labor utilization.
- Experience: 5+ years of commercial drywall experience, with a proven track record of project management and workforce supervision.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on construction or a related field.
- Certifications: OSHA certification and any other relevant industry certifications.
