The Overnight Safety Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional safety of our clients during the overnight shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a secure environment, supporting the transformation process, and promoting a culture of care and compassion.

• Ensure the security and safety of campus, facilities, and residents.
• Participate in shift exchange to receive nightly updates from outgoing clinical technician teams.
• Perform security checks of the home, monitoring all areas of the facility.
• Develop a positive rapport with residents and staff.
• Regularly attend trainings as required.

• Minimum HS diploma (or equivalent)
• Personal and/or professional experience with 12 Step Recovery, Substance Abuse Treatment, Mental Health Treatment, and/or Wilderness Therapy

Estimated salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
