Key Responsibilities:
As a new graduate at Enercon Services, you will be responsible for learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, working collaboratively with senior engineers, and adapting to new software systems. You will also have the opportunity to engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects, including learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback, and collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection.
What We Offer:

We also offer a competitive salary range of $71,000 to $85,000, depending on location and experience.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must have a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our preferred majors, such as electrical engineering. You must also be available to start between December 2024 and June 2025. Additionally, you must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, have excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in teams and problem-solve. You must also be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.
