Job Summary

Staffing Proxy is seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their team in Bellingham, WA. As a key member of the healthcare staff, you will deliver high-quality hearing healthcare services to adult patients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing loss. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive hearing evaluations.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve overall hearing health.
  • Conduct thorough hearing assessments and provide counseling on hearing loss management.
  • Recommend suitable hearing aids or assistive devices based on patient requirements.
  • Perform hearing aid fittings and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • BC-HIS or HIS certification
  • Current Washington state licensure or eligibility for Hearing Aid Dispensing licensure
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
