Job Summary:

JobsRUs is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in a dynamic production environment. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient assembly of products, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Meet production targets and deadlines
  • Participate in quality control and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $19.34
  • New Hire Incentive Bonus: $1000 in 3 payments ($200 @ 3 mo.'s - $400 @ 6 mo.'s - $400 @ 12 mo.'s) *can't have any disciplines in that quarter

Work Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM with mandatory overtime that can extend the work hours up to 10 hours and also requires every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs.
