About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team of stylists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members
• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
