Job Summary

At MPLT Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in providing exceptional care to neonates in our Level III NICU. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of neonates, including physical examinations and interpretation of lab results.
  • Diagnose and manage common and complex neonatal conditions, such as respiratory distress syndrome and congenital anomalies.
  • Administer medications, fluids, and blood products as necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates, including medication management and nutritional support.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Requirements
  • Tennessee License preferred; open to IMLC.
  • Required: DEA; NRP.
  • Level III NICU experience with 5-10 PPD and 7 OB Beds.
