Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Foreman to lead our industrial electric projects in New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage 5+ years of experience in industrial or electrical foreman roles to drive project success.
• Maintain a deep understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A NJ Electrical Journeyman's card (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical code and ability to apply it effectively.
• Bilingual skills (Preferred)
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and control system troubleshooting.
