About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the ED and will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Promote and advocate for patients' health and safety, as well as their rights.
Requirements:
- Degree: RN, BSN or higher.
- License/Certification: Valid RN license in the state of employment or participation in the National Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
