We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to support our estate planning team at Build My Great Team. The ideal candidate will have paralegal experience, particularly in estate planning, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

This role involves preparing and reviewing client files, drafting Representation Letters, and leading introductory client meetings. The successful candidate will also conduct signing meetings and provide emotional support to clients during sensitive situations.

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, based on experience. Our office offers a supportive work environment, competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k) plan, bonus potential, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Requirements:

  • Paralegal experience with a focus on estate planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—ability to connect with clients and provide emotional support.
