Job Description: We are an innovative indoor shrimp farm located in Rockport, Texas, seeking a Brood Stock Technician to join our team. As a Brood Stock Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and well-being of our brood stock shrimp, performing general maintenance tasks, and assisting with packouts and loading processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment for our brood stock shrimp
  • Perform daily monitoring and recording of water quality and temperature
  • Assist with feeding and packing procedures
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in aquaculture or related field required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience
