This role will provide critical support to our clinical and academic departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to our mission to conquer cancer. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide administrative support to directors, department managers, clinicians, and faculty members">
  • Perform various administrative duties, including answering phones, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings">
  • Liaise between patients and clinical staff to provide scheduling support">
  • Draft communications for department members or individuals being supported">
  • Manage data entry, email, and phone communication with internal and external teams">
  • Prepare general correspondence, letters of recommendation, and presentations">
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage financial responsibilities">
  • Identify areas of need regarding workflows and escalate to supervisors as necessary">
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information">
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred">
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience">
  • Strong written and oral communication skills">
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite">
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with peers and leadership">
  • Ability to problem-solve, maintain confidentiality, and pay attention to detail">
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through abilities">

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
