Main Event - Lubbock is a dynamic entertainment destination seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lubbock, TX. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of our establishment, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for highly skilled and customer-focused individuals who can effectively manage our reservation process, answer phone calls, and ensure seamless seating arrangements. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations, take phone calls, and facilitate smooth seating arrangements
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to effectively communicate in English

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
