The Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Agent to join our team. As a Security Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our guests and staff. You will work independently to ensure the security of the resort, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of awareness and visibility throughout the resort to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent security incidents and improve the overall safety and security of the resort.
Requirements:
- Experience in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a security or guest services role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
