Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to support our operations at Aramsco - Fabrication, Sanitation & Restoration. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping goods within the warehouse.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets, and transport them to the packing area.
  • Receiving Goods: Accurately receive and count incoming freight, ensuring proper entry into the inventory system.
  • Sorting and Storing: Organize materials and products on racks, bins, or shelves according to established sequences or product codes.
  • Cycle Counts: Conduct daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Returns Processing: Inspect and process returned items back into the warehouse.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate company machinery, including forklifts and reach trucks, as needed.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Certification to operate material handling equipment.
  • Proficient in cycle counting and using RF scanners.
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory management.
  • Good physical condition, capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 75+ lbs regularly.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour
