Responsibilities:- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with their established care plans.
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility, as needed.
- Monitor residents' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse, and implement interventions as directed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Document resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant information.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, obtained through a state-approved training program and examination.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting, as needed.
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.50/hour.
- Full-time and part-time positions available, with rotating weekends.
