Position Summary: We are seeking Certified Bartenders to join our team on a part-time basis during various events. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible availability, particularly during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safety and Sanitation: Ensure a safe, secure, and clean working environment at all times.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register accurately and adhere to established cash handling procedures.
• Inventory Management: Follow proper inventory control measures to maintain adequate stock levels for seamless service.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, including verifying guest identification for alcohol purchases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• At least 2 years of verifiable bartending experience.
• Possession of necessary certifications for bartending.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented role.

Working Conditions: This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves physical activity, including walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
