Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security, operations, and availability of all applications and hardware.
  • Support network security for confidential records and provide technical assistance with security investigations.
  • Perform computer programming and application design and development.
  • Configure and maintain electronic document management systems.
  • Receive and troubleshoot alerts, diagnose issues, and provide solutions to hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when working with all records and systems.
  • Provide technical problem-solving support to the Administrator and department staff.
  • Oversee the administration of the agency phone system and call center software database.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic, SQL databases, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual dBase, and/or PowerBasic is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience with PC hardware and desktop user support.
