**Key Responsibilities**

  • Distribute menus and deliver patient meal trays to designated areas
  • Communicate with the diet office to ensure accurate meal delivery and resolve any issues
  • Assemble patient food trays accurately, following individual selections and ensuring quality control
  • Check all food items for quality before serving and report any malfunctions to the Lead or Manager
  • Follow safety practices, including equipment safety, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and preventing burns

**Requirements**

  • Previous food service and customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Hazardous Analysis of Critical Control Point (HACCP) training to be obtained after hire

**Physical Requirements**

  • Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing
  • Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands
  • See and read computer monitors and documents
  • Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment
  • May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling, and reaching
