Job Summary

The Electrical Systems Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems within the mill and power house. This includes the development and implementation of new capital projects, as well as the maintenance of existing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical distribution and controls, as well as experience with process control and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of electrical systems
  • Development and implementation of new capital projects
  • Maintenance of existing systems
  • Assistance with the development and maintenance of the electrical distribution, motor and drive systems
  • Staying abreast of new technologies and working with the engineering group to plan and implement new capital projects

Requirements:

  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the State of Michigan
  • 2+ Years Industrial Electrical Experience
  • USG Safety Model Program, OSHA, FM Global and Environmental compliance experience preferred
  • USG RPM program experience preferred
