Project Manager - Electronic Security

Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope documents, SOW's, charters, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project teams, including issue/risk identification and resolution, change management, reporting, and internal/external communication.
  • Ensure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control mechanisms are in place and adhered to.
  • Collaborate with other groups and departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED - required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 2-5 years demonstrated successful history of Project Management leadership, including leading multiple simultaneous projects in the electronic security or construction industry.
  • Demonstrated skills in the application of Project Management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships
  • Proficiency in a scheduling tool, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
