Job Summary

Campbell Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and ensure that preventative maintenance programs are in place and executed daily, weekly, and monthly to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of our assets.
  • Grounds and Appearance: Maintain the common grounds and appearance of our properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents.
  • Work Orders: Address work orders assigned in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and ensure minimal disruption to our residents.
  • Projects and Repairs: Perform a variety of projects and repairs, including painting, light electrical, light plumbing, power washing, drywall, setups/breakdowns of rooms, and light janitorial tasks.
  • Supply and Equipment Management: Work with our Property Manager to determine supply and equipment needs, and be available to pick up supplies and inventory items from approved vendors as needed.
  • Work Area Organization: Maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of our work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
