NewBasis, LLC is seeking a skilled Fiberglass Craftsman to join our team. Located in Lebanon, Tennessee, this full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22/hour, with potential for an additional $1/hour after 90 days.

This Fiberglass Craftsman will be responsible for finishing fiberglass products to customer specifications. Key responsibilities include:

• Timely application of hand tools to smooth fiberglass products before material cures.
• Trimming, cleaning, sanding, and preparing surfaces of fiberglass products for a high-quality finish.
• Applying release agents uniformly to product molds.
• Mixing resins, catalysts, and other materials according to specified ratios for Monolith products.
• Pouring polymer concrete material into molds.
• Inspecting finished surfaces for defects and performing necessary touch-ups or repairs.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including material usage and quality checks.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet production deadlines.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to wear protective equipment, including respirators and gloves.
• Capacity to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, bending at waist, stooping, lifting materials, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Ability to learn and follow safety practices related to fiberglass spraying and handling chemicals.
• Proficiency in English language.
