Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and sequence client care to promote efficient patient/resident flow
  • Evaluate outcomes based on integration among clinical, financial, and utilization data
  • Utilize independent nursing judgment to make informed decisions
  • Work with clients across all age groups, utilizing age-specific structured care methodologies
  • Communicate effectively with patients/residents, family members, and healthcare teams
  • Monitor, evaluate, and trend patient/resident responses using structured care methodologies
  • Fiscally responsible, controlling variances and duplication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
  • Minimum of one to two years of professional nursing experience in a clinic care setting preferred
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
