- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Utilize Health First computer systems to document patient care and communicate with the team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary plan of care and contribute to patient education.
- Document all nursing care and changes in patient condition.
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain.
- Certification(s) as required by specific unit.
