We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures for our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their strategic growth initiatives and new business ventures
  • Guide customers on how to achieve their goals by defining the right service architecture
  • Lead technical efforts to ensure the deployment meets customer requirements
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, AWS Partners, and other AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures
  • Mobilize resources within AWS and work with our extensive partner network to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
  • 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
