Healthcare Compliance Specialist

Summa Health is seeking an experienced Healthcare Compliance Specialist to join our team. This full-time role involves driving regulatory compliance and business requirements in healthcare settings. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of $$38.64/hr - $59.35/hr and opportunities for professional growth and development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a highly regulated industry. Experience with ambulatory health care settings is preferred, as well as knowledge of regulatory body compliance applications such as TJC, NCQA, NQF, and CMMS. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office are also essential.
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely completion of applications, documents, and communications with regulatory bodies
• Liaise with internal and external customers to define timelines, expectations, and direction on successful business outcomes
• Represent Summa Health in external regulatory interactions and maintain relationships for document completion
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry
• Experience with ambulatory health care settings preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory body compliance applications (TJC, NCQA, NQF, CMMS)
