Role Objective:
The Cashier/Attendant role, during the absence of Store Management, is accountable for managing store operations and addressing customer inquiries while following the company's operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Welcome every customer with a friendly greeting.
- Recommend products to enhance customer purchases.
- Accurately operate the cash register and other necessary equipment.
- Organize, price, and display merchandise effectively. This includes managing stock on shelves, gondolas, counters, and storage areas.
- Oversee product storage and maintenance to prevent damage or spoilage, which may involve lifting items weighing 50lbs or more.
- Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health regulations, which may include tasks such as replacing gas nozzles, cleaning the parking lot, and ensuring restrooms are tidy.
- Adhere to all security and safety protocols.
- Keep track of all transactions during shifts.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Wear designated work attire as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Store or District Management.
- Reasonable accommodations may be requested to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of this role.
