Repossession Coordinator

As a Repossession Coordinator at Miedema Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in the repossession process. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with financial institutions and repossession agents to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and financial institutions
• Communicate with repossession agents and lenders to ensure timely and accurate updates
• Handle paperwork, including repossession orders, condition reports, and redemptions
• Schedule cleaning and repairs of vehicles to be sold
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and accounts receivable
• Perform skip tracing and other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• General computer skills and ability to learn new software
