Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages to meet customer standards, including operating food preparation equipment and maintaining a clean and sanitized work area.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, including maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and stocking supplies, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and quality.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.

• Food Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a food service environment, including experience with food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
